one or the other, what wins?
Hi, i noticed last night that there is a ranger skill that "always hits, even 'blocking' enemies"
And i have seen a Elementalist skill that 'blocks all incoming ranger fire and melee attacks for X amount of seconds until you use a skill' So what the hell will happen when a ranger uses this move on a elementalist using his move. Or will the ''always' hit' become a total lie and miss? and visa versa. (secondary question) When a skill talks about 'healing allies' but some skills talk about 'healing all creatures', does creatures include enemies? "Target creature cannot be the target of any additional Enchantments or Hexes." Also this one: Frozen Soil Proffesion: Ranger Attribute: Wilderness Survival Description: For 30:86 seconds, dead creatures cannot be resurrected. Does this mean that nothing on the battle field including allies cannot be healed? for that amount of time? Does it put a hex on everyone then? even monks? What about Priests? Fertile Season Proffesion: Ranger Attribute: Beast Mastery Description: For 30:86 seconds, every creature's maximum Health is increased by 50:545 Beast mastery? when it says creatures here does it mean every pet? including enemies? Man, i think they need to rework some phrases to make them easier to understand. :P Sorry for chucking all those questions at you, hope you can answer them easilly without much fuss, thanks a LOT!, bye |

All skills described as "Natural Rituals" that summon "level 1-# Spirits" affect every single creature, ally, enemy, or pet within it's area of effect (which is fairly huge. About what you see on the Radar, I would guess).
Also, if a Ranger skill says it can't be blocked or evaded, it can't be blocked or evaded by any means. The only way to "block" a skill is to use a blocking skill such as certain stances or the Elementalist spell you mentioned. I'm not sure if evaded means manual dodging as well as stances, but stances for sure. So using Called Shot, you can nail someone using Escape, but I'm not sure if you'll nail someone using the zig-zaggy manual dodge tactic. |

In this same context, has anyone tried "Rend Enchantments/Obsidian Flesh"? Rend enchantments is a spell that's supposed to remove enchantments, and Obsidian Flesh is an enchantment that's supposed to make you untouchable by spells. They conflict. My guess is that Obsidian Flesh will prevail, but does anyone know for sure?
